VSeeBox V6 Max Setup Guide
Get your VSeeBox V6 Max ready in just a few minutes.
Follow the steps below to connect your device, pair the remote, connect to the internet, and complete the initial setup.
Estimated setup time: 5–10 minutes
Before You Start
Make sure you have:
- VSeeBox V6 Max
- Bluetooth Remote Control
- HDMI Cable
- Power Adapter
- 2 × AA Batteries
- Wi-Fi connection or Ethernet cable
Step 1 — Connect Your VSeeBox
Connect the included HDMI cable from your VSeeBox to an available HDMI port on your TV.
Connect the power adapter and turn on your television.
Select the corresponding HDMI input on your TV.
For a more stable internet connection, you can also connect an Ethernet cable directly from your router to the VSeeBox.
Step 2 — Pair the Remote
Insert 2 AA batteries into the VSeeBox remote.
When the pairing screen appears:
- Point the remote toward the VSeeBox.
- Press and hold OK + VOL– at the same time.
- Wait until the pairing process is completed.
Once successfully paired, press OK to continue.
Step 3 — Select Your Language
Choose your preferred language.
For customers in the United States, we recommend:
English (United States)
Use the arrow buttons on the remote to make your selection, then press OK.
Step 4 — Adjust Your Screen
If the VSeeBox interface does not fully fit your TV screen, adjust the screen size.
Select:
Zoom in screen
or
Zoom out screen
until all four edges are properly visible.
Then select Next.
Step 5 — Select Your Time Zone
Select the correct time zone for your location.
If you are unsure which option to use, you can leave the setting on:
Auto
Press OK to continue.
Step 6 — Review the Device Notice
The device may display a disclaimer during the initial setup.
Please review the information on the screen and select Agree to continue.
Step 7 — Connect to Wi-Fi
Select your Wi-Fi network from the list.
Enter your Wi-Fi password and select Connect.
Wait until the connection is successfully established.
For the best performance, we recommend using a stable high-speed internet connection.
You may also connect your VSeeBox directly to your router using an Ethernet cable.
Step 8 — Allow Initial Installation
Once connected to the internet, your VSeeBox may automatically download the required system configuration and available applications.
This process usually takes approximately 5 minutes, depending on your internet connection.
Please keep your VSeeBox powered on and connected to the internet during installation.
Setup Complete
Once installation is finished, the VSeeBox home screen will appear.
Your device is now ready to use.
From the home screen you can access:
- System Settings
- Network Settings
- Google Play
- Available Applications
- Software Updates
- Device Information
Set Up Your VSeeBox Remote for Your TV
The VSeeBox remote can also learn several basic commands from your original TV remote.
Supported controls may include:
- TV Power
- Volume +
- Volume –
- TV Input
You will need your original TV remote.
1. Enter Programming Mode
Press and hold the TV Control Power button on the VSeeBox remote for approximately 5 seconds.
The red indicator light will change from blinking to solid.
2. Select the Button You Want to Program
Press the button you want the VSeeBox remote to learn, such as:
VOL+
The indicator light will begin blinking slowly.
3. Point the Two Remotes at Each Other
Place your original TV remote and VSeeBox remote facing each other.
Press the corresponding button on your original TV remote.
When programming is successful, the indicator light on the VSeeBox remote will flash.
Repeat this process for the remaining buttons.
4. Exit Programming Mode
After programming the desired buttons, press OK on the VSeeBox remote.
You can now test the TV power and volume controls.
Troubleshooting
No Picture on the TV
Make sure:
- The VSeeBox is connected to power.
- The HDMI cable is securely connected.
- Your television is using the correct HDMI input.
- Try another HDMI port if necessary.
Remote Is Not Responding
Try:
- Replacing the AA batteries.
- Restarting your VSeeBox.
- Repeating the Bluetooth pairing process.
Unable to Connect to Wi-Fi
Make sure:
- Your Wi-Fi password is correct.
- Your router is working normally.
- Your VSeeBox is within Wi-Fi range.
For better stability, you can use a wired Ethernet connection.
Apps Are Still Installing
Initial installation may take several minutes.
Keep your VSeeBox connected to power and the internet until the process is complete.
Screen Does Not Fit Your TV
Open the display settings and use:
Zoom in screen
or
Zoom out screen
until the interface fits correctly.
