The purchase of the device does not include any ownership, license, authorization, or subscription to copyrighted movies, television programs, sports broadcasts, premium channels, or other third-party content unless expressly stated otherwise.

User Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for how they configure and use the device after purchase.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Applications installed by the user

• Accounts and subscriptions used on the device

• Websites or online services accessed by the user

• Media files played or stored on the device

• Third-party streaming services accessed by the user

• Changes made to device settings or software after delivery

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the device complies with all applicable copyright, intellectual property, telecommunications, and other laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

Copyright & Lawful Use

We do not authorize, encourage, promote, or support the unauthorized reproduction, distribution, streaming, public performance, circumvention, or access of copyrighted content.

The device should only be used to access content that the user:

• Owns;

• Is legally authorized to access;

• Receives through a valid subscription or license; or

• Is otherwise permitted to access under applicable law.

The availability of technical functionality on the device does not constitute authorization to use that functionality for unlawful purposes.

Third-Party Applications & Services

Third-party applications, websites, streaming platforms, content providers, and online services are operated independently from our store unless expressly stated otherwise.

We do not control and are not responsible for:

• Third-party content availability;

• Third-party licensing practices;

• Third-party application functionality;

• Changes made by third-party service providers;

• Content accessed or installed independently by the customer; or

• The legality of a customer's use of a particular third-party service.

No Affiliation With Third-Party Content Owners

Unless expressly stated, our store is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or authorized by any television network, movie studio, sports league, broadcaster, streaming platform, or other third-party content owner.

All third-party trademarks, service marks, and copyrighted materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Device Modifications

Any applications, software, firmware, configurations, or modifications installed or performed independently by the customer after receiving the device are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not recommend modifying the device in a manner that bypasses security protections, digital rights management systems, access controls, licensing restrictions, or other technological protection measures.

Prohibited Use

The device must not be used for activities that violate applicable law or the rights of third parties.

Prohibited uses include, where unlawful:

• Accessing copyrighted content without authorization;

• Operating unauthorized streaming or redistribution services;

• Installing or distributing malicious software; or

• Using the device for fraudulent or otherwise unlawful activities.

Nothing in this disclaimer is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit any responsibility or legal obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
